they decided to be a little different than the other Tex-Mex restuarants. They wanted to give Shreveport-Bossier
City something different. Tony had lived in Los Angeles, California for 11 years and Maria came from Mexico. They
combined all of the flavors from Mexico City, Tex-Mex and California cuisines so people in the Ark-La-Tex would have
the freshest tastiest food in the area.
